Dromana Junior Football and Netball Club (DJFNC) is located at Dromana Recreation Reserve in Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula. The club is run by a passionate team of parents and community volunteers dedicated to providing safe, fun and engaging sporting opportunities for local children.
In 2025 our volunteers are supporting 10 netball teams, 9 boys football teams and 3 girls football teams, approximately 364 players. Players are provided with a welcoming and supportive environment in which to train once or twice a week and offered the opportunity to play a competitive game once a week throughout the season.
Our goal is to provide an inclusive and safe program for all players and to this end we provide annual training and information nights to our coaching and volunteer teams on our expectations and processes. Annual first aid, trainers, mental health and child safety is also provided.
Additionally, DJFNC club hosts a weekly AUSKICK program for our youngest members who are not yet old enough to play in the team competition.
We are proud to be a signatory to the Women & Girls Community Football Charter. To learn more about the Women & Girls Community Football Charter click here: https://play.afl/clubhelp/women-girls/community-football-charter
